NICE 2026 Winter Meeting

The 2026 NICE Winter Meeting heads to Scottsdale, Arizona this January, bringing together independent insulation contractors, supplier partners, and industry experts for four days of education, collaboration, and strategic discussion. Hosted at The Phoenician, this annual event is organized by the National Insulation Contractors’ Exchange (NICE), a member-led organization focused on strengthening the independence, performance, and long-term success of insulation professionals.

Designed to support both leadership development and business growth, the Winter Meeting creates space for meaningful conversations around the challenges contractors face today — from workforce pressures and operational efficiency to technology decisions that support scale and resilience.
