Event Information

The 25th Annual AAAE Aviation Security Summit takes place December 9–10, 2025, at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall – The Wharf in Washington, D.C.

AAAE brings together senior leadership from TSA, DHS, and CBP, airport security and operations leaders, and technology partners for two focused days on aviation security. The conversation centers on today’s pressure points: new cyber threat vectors, rising travel volumes, and workforce strain, along with the policies and programs that shape how airports respond.

The summit is one of AAAE’s top-attended security events, and is built around open dialogue with federal decision-makers, real-world case studies, and practical updates on security policy and technology.

What to Expect

Across two days of keynotes, panels, and networking, attendees can expect:

  • Federal leadership and policy insight – Hear from Ha Nguyen McNeill, Acting TSA Administrator, and Matthew Davies, CBP, along with AAAE and airport leaders sharing how federal priorities are evolving.

  • Deep dives into critical topics – Sessions covering airport cybersecurity, worker screening and insider risk, UAS detection and mitigation, large-event security planning, and how TSA operations and airport programs are adapting.

  • Targeted networking – Connect with airport security managers, directors, access control and IT leaders, federal decision-makers, and vendors focused on aviation security technology and services.

  • Airport–TSA dialogue – Dedicated conversation time, including an airports-only meeting with TSA representatives, for candid discussion about requirements, constraints, and what’s working in practice.

Archetype SC at the AAAE Aviation Security Summit

Archetype SC will be in D.C. to meet with airport leaders who are working through TSA-driven requirements, cybersecurity risk, and operational pressure.

We help airport IT and security teams:

  • Increase visibility into risk with Security Risk and Vulnerability Assessments (SRVA)

  • Improve TSA audit readiness around access control, logging, and reporting

  • Close gaps between physical access and cybersecurity

  • Stabilize and modernize infrastructure so internal teams can focus on priority projects

Frankie Warren, Client Solutions Director, will be available to talk through your current challenges, whether that’s audit pressure, cybersecurity blind spots, or keeping security improvements aligned with day-to-day operations.
