Myrtle Beach International Airport is one of the busiest airports in South Carolina, with more than 2 million passengers served each year. The "Gateway to the Grand Strand" is the main airport serving Myrtle Beach, a city that accommodates more than 15 million tourists each year.
Airport management originally approached Archetype SC about a solution to track TSA wait times for travelers using the airport. After discussing the challenges in tracking in the space and budgetary constraints, Archetype SC worked to develop and deploy A2 Analytics, a solution designed to be affordable, accurate, and durable.
In addition, our team worked to create a new website for FlyMyrtleBeach.com that would showcase the power of A2 Analytics by integrating the data on wait times, parking availability, and more to be displayed for visitors. The solution we provided not only included custom integrations for A2, FlightView tracking, and interactive terminal maps, but it also was a vast improvement in terms of design, usability and performance as well.
